These operating rules regulate the conditions of operation, rights and obligations at the paid parking area (hereinafter referred to as “PARKING – SUMMER HOLIDAYS”), with validity and effectiveness from January 1, 2020 (hereinafter referred to as the “Operating Regulations”).

By entering the PARKOVÁNÍ – LETŇANY area, a space rental agreement is concluded between the operator and the user. The agreement is created by entering the parking area and ends by paying the parking fee and leaving the parking area. When entering the PARKOVÁNÍ – LETŇANY area, the user is subject to the rules set out in these Operating Regulations.

PARKOVÁNÍ – LETŇANY OPERATOR
The operator of PARKOVÁNÍ – LETŇANY is:

The manager of PARKOVÁNÍ – LETŇANY is:

Opening hours
The operating hours of PARKOVÁNÍ – LETŇANY are continuous, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, with the exception of previously announced events.

Parking price list
Parking price for passenger vehicles
- Parking fee for 24 hours: 200 CZK
- Monthly parking fee for residents: CZK 2,000
Price list for buses
- Parking fee for 24 hours: 650 CZK
Parking for caravans and camper vans
- Parking fee for 24 hours: 650 CZK
All prices include 21% VAT. Traffic in the parking lot is charged in the 24-hour paid parking mode for motor vehicles. The price list is valid from April 1, 2020.

Exemption from paying parking fees
No person or vehicle is exempt from paying the parking fee.

Proof and payment of the parking fee
The operator of PARKOVÁNÍ – LETŇANY is obliged to ensure that the PARKOVÁNÍ – LETŇANY user, after proper payment of the parking fee, is issued a proof of payment of the parking fee by the manager of PARKOVÁNÍ – LETŇANY.

There is no entitlement to a parking spot and a parking spot cannot be reserved. An exception is resident long-term parking on the basis of a concluded contract for the long-term use of a parking spot.

The operator of the PARKOVÁNÍ – LETŇANY expressly points out that the PARKOVÁNÍ – LETŇANY area is not guarded. The operator does not provide any services related to vehicle parking and is not responsible for the loss or destruction of vehicles or their contents, or for any other damage to property or health that occurs at the PARKOVÁNÍ – LETŇANY parking area.

The operator of PARKOVÁNÍ – LETŇANY is not responsible for damages arising from the operation of PARKOVÁNÍ – LETŇANY, for damages caused by vandalism, third parties and force majeure, as well as for items stored in the vehicle.

The user is obliged to pay the parking fee according to the valid price list, immediately upon departure from PARKOVÁNÍ – LETŇANY.

The operator of PARKOVÁNÍ – LETŇANY has the right to remove the vehicle if:
A crash, vehicle breakdown, fire or other unforeseen event will occur, even without prior notification to the vehicle user. By accepting a parking ticket, the user of the vehicle expressly agrees to the removal of the vehicle if it constitutes an obstacle to traffic or an obstacle on the PARKOVÁNÍ – LETŇANY area or one of the above-described facts has occurred.
The operator and/or manager of PARKOVÁNÍ – LETŇANY is entitled to equip the vehicle with a wheel clamp that will prevent further operation of the vehicle if the operating rules are violated by the user of the vehicle. The operator and/or manager of PARKOVÁNÍ – LETŇANY is obliged to inform the user of the vehicle about all these facts, without delay by a written note placed on the driver’s side window.

The PARKOVÁNÍ – LETŇANY area is monitored by a camera system.

Act No. 361/2000 Coll., on traffic on roads and on the amendment of certain laws (hereinafter referred to as the “Act on traffic on roads”) in its current version, which users fully obligate to comply. This is mainly the rule of priority from the right. In addition, users are obliged to comply with the installed traffic signs.

The operator of PARKOVÁNÍ – LETŇANY reserves the right to adjust the organization of entry and exit traffic and the location of vehicles in the area of PARKOVÁNÍ – LETŇANY. Operations at PARKOVÁNÍ – LETŇANY are managed and organized by the manager of PARKOVÁNÍ – LETŇANY.

Loss of parking ticket
If the parking ticket is lost, the user expressly agrees to a contractual fine of CZK 500. The user is obliged to immediately report this loss to the manager of PARKOVÁNÍ – LETŇANY (or to PARKOVÁNÍ – LETŇANY staff), pay the contractual fine and subsequently be issued with a receipt with the amount of the contractual fine. After that, he will be allowed to leave the area of PARKOVÁNÍ – LETŇANY.

Children under the age of 15 may enter the PARKOVÁNÍ – LETŇANY area only accompanied by an adult..

It is prohibited to wash vehicles in the PARKOVÁNÍ – LETŇANY area, carry out any maintenance, pollute the PARKING – LETŇANY area, use open fire, leave people and valuables in the vehicle and park the vehicle in traffic lanes or outside the reserved areas and parking lots designated by the operator, i.e. the manager of PARKOVÁNÍ – LETŇANY.

Parking and standing on the entrance and exit road from PARKOVÁNÍ – LETŇANY is prohibited.

The user is obliged to immediately notify the operator, i.e. the manager of PARKOVÁNÍ – LETŇANY, of any damage caused to the PARKOVÁNÍ – LETŇANY vehicle or equipment.

The user is fully responsible for damages caused to the operator, manager or a third party by breach of contractual obligations or obligations stipulated by the legal code of the Czech Republic, in particular the Road Traffic Act.

The operation of PARKOVÁNÍ – LETŇANY is managed by the manager of PARKOVÁNÍ – LETŇANY, and the user is obliged to respect all instructions issued by the manager of PARKOVÁNÍ – LETŇANY.

The maximum permitted speed for all vehicles is 10 km/h.

The user is obliged to secure the vehicle against spontaneous movement and against free opening. When leaving the vehicle, the user is obliged to lock the vehicle and make it inaccessible to third parties.

Only motor vehicles with a valid vehicle registration plate whose technical condition fully complies with the relevant legal regulations may enter the PARKOVÁNÍ – LETŇANY.

The rental agreement of the parking lot between the operator and the user is concluded by entering the area PARKOVÁNÍ – LETŇANY.

Vehicles deregistered from the register of motor vehicles, vehicles that are obviously technically permanently unfit for operation and vehicles that have been parked in the PARKOVÁNÍ – LETŇANY area for more than 3 days are considered to be obstructing traffic in the PARKOVÁNÍ – LETŇANY area. The user hereby expressly consents to the removal of the vehicle and further expressly undertakes, without the possibility of appeal, to pay the costs associated with the towing of this vehicle.

Vehicles obstructing traffic at PARKOVÁNÍ – LETŇANY or vehicles parked in violation of these Operating Regulations may be towed from PARKOVÁNÍ – LETŇANY at the expense of the owners or users of these vehicles and released to the owner or user only after payment of the parking fee and a contractual fine of CZK 5,000 for violation of the user’s obligation to comply with the Operating Reguůations. The user is also obliged to pay other costs related to the towing of the vehicle from the PARKOVÁNÍ – LETŇANY premises, in accordance with the applicable legal regulations.

The operator is entitled to use wheel clamps on parked vehicles, if they are not towed, in order to ensure payment of damages and contractual fines incurred in connection with the use of PARKOVÁNÍ – LETŇANY. The user will then be allowed to leave the PARKING – LETŇANY, or take over the vehicle from the towed vehicle parking area, only after the damage and other claims have been fully paid, or, if it is not possible to determine the amount of the damage, only after drawing up a record of damage assesment with a commitment the owner of the vehicle or another person authorized to use the vehicle to pay for the identified damage.

The user is obliged to secure the vehicle against theft, i.e. above all, to always properly lock the vehicle that he is leaving, close its windows and secure it with security devices that are part of the equipment of the vehicle or that are available to the user. It is forbidden to leave any jewellery, cash and other valuables, persons and animals in the parked vehicle.

It is forbidden:
- to operate stand or errand sales, to carry out dealer activities and all activities of a political, gathering or demonstration nature, including charity events, in the PARKOVÁNÍ – LETŇANY area.
- to place leaflets, banners, slogans, challenges, etc. on PARKING – SUMMER DAYS, including those attached to the bodies of parked motor vehicles.
- to beg, perform any dance, scam, musical or singing productions, conduct any other entertainment activities, including betting, lottery or gambling.
- to damage any equipment installed in PARKOVÁNÍ – LETŇANY area.
